| I love parking at your facility. It is soooo much better than the airport run lot. The driver always helps me with my bags, the shuttles are prompt, water is free, and there is a frequent parker program. I tell all of my friends in Baltimore to use you guys when they have to park at the airport. I will never again park in the airport-run lot. |

| I have been using your services for over 10 years now. When I am in a hurry (due to my own fault) I can tell your drivers and they will call in that they have a rush and take me directly. When I have come home and found snow covering my car, your drivers have jumped out and cleaned off my car for me. I rarely have to wait more than a minute when arrivng back in town, for a shuttle to arrive. Your drivers are quick to jump out and get my bags and put them in the van when leaving and, quick to jump out and put my bags in the trunk when arriving home. I would never use anyone else's service. Why switch, when I have the best. I thank you for the continued years of fabulous service. |

| I just wanted to let someone know how truly wonderful it is to get great customer service nowadays. My family and I just came in on an overnight flight from Hawaii following our family vacation. Unfortunately, on the way home my husband had to catch another flight in the same airport and I had to lug about 20 suitcases with 2 very tired children who have been traveling all night. Our driver, Steve, was incredible - not only was he professional and efficient - he actually took the time - in the middle of 100 degree weather - to help me make sure all of my luggage fit in my car securely and made sure I could close the trunks (who actually thinks of these things?). I was so thankful and so overwhelmed, that I immediately wanted to tell the cashier attentant how awesome he was when - wouldn't you know it - I was met by yet another example of the high standards at FastPark - when I met Rebecca who efficiently checked me out but, as she was handing me my receipt - she noticed that my children were very hot, tired, and not the cutest to say the least - Rebecca pulled open a cooler and asked them if they would like a very cold bottle of water - you would have thought that she offered free icecream by the looks on their faces. I am so happy that with prices going up everywhere - at FastPark - you really can have it all - incredible customer service and incredible prices. |

| Often times, we as customers, are very willing to share our negative feedback with company management and choose to overlook good customer service. The service extended to me, not only by you, but your team as well, on a recent trip to San Diego, was nothing short of outstanding. I was running late and in danger of missing my flight; but with your advice and direction and the expedient attention and follow-through of your staff, I not only made my flight, but had time to spare. Also, I was assigned check-in at one terminal, but your driver suggested a less crowded terminal, which saved me time. Because of the care and professionalism provided by you and your staff, I will continue using your service and will definitely recommend your service to my family and friends. It’s refreshing to know that OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS! Keep up the great job! |

| I'm writing to commend an employee of yours, James W. I flew in yesterday and accidentally got on the wrong parking lot bus. I realized I was on the wrong bus when we arrived at your lot. James was very understanding and professional, and tried to make me feel less embarrassed by my mistake. He then took me to the actual lot where my car was parked and saw that I got to my car safely, even though I was preventing him from helping his actual customers. As a result of James's actions, I will now be parking my car with your company rather than a competitor's. Your company is fortunate to have someone like James W. working for you. Thanks so much. |

| I parked at fast park(MKE) for the first time last week and I am extremely pleased with the service, especially the frequency of the shuttle, the little parking space card (so i would never lost my car again! or scrumble to find a pen to write down my parking space and bus stop number). The free water was a nice surprise as well. Everything went very well and I will definitely park at Fast Park again in the future. |

| I don't very often take the time to write a complimentary note to big corporations but I'm making the effort because I want everyone to know that all the Tucson employees that have either met me at the gate in the morning, or lifted my luggage out of my trunk, or driven me to and from the airport are all exceptional. I've made several trips out of the Tucson airport this past summer and each time I am parking in your new Tucson lot. A couple of things I really like - besides the covered spaces for all vehicles! 1) The free newspaper I am given in the mornings when I leave on very early flights; 2) the clean buses and the courteous, friendly drivers; and 3) the really cold free bottle of water your employees hand to me when I'm paying to leave the lot! And in Tucson in the summer especially, that is a big deal! What a great idea to add that little extra. Your parking fee is more than fair for the service you give. Your location is the closest to the airport, too, and it takes less than five minutes from the time your driver picks my luggage out of my trunk after I've parked to the time he sets it on the sidewalk at the airport entry doors. I am tipping well for this customer service because it deserves recognition. Keep telling your employees their good work is paying off and your customers are noticing and spreading the good word. |

| Your Tucson location is awesome. I stay there for personal
as well as business trips. Youve got everyone beat, hands down. I
never have to wait for the shuttle and the people are wonderful at the
checkout. I thought you might want to know this in case know has ever
relayed this info to you. I travel with some other girls and have
suggested your place to them - they now only stay with Fast Park and
Relax when they travel. It is nice to refer a company that you like.
